As far as dates, keep in mind 28th (Thanksgiving) market closed and 29th (following Friday) open till 1pm
So they announce it Monday, December 2nd then, Or Friday after early bell. the latest the 20 day period ends I figure is the 27th, so they are good in terms of the 28th.
